Campus/Admissions Block
Admissions Hub

Every application in one queue, every seat accounted for.

Applicants fill one form from their phone. Your admissions desk verifies documents, ranks merit by your own rules and fills seats by course and reservation category without a single spreadsheet.

Admissions Block
What staff do now
  • Paper forms and PDFs arrive by counter, email and messaging apps at the same time.
  • Merit lists are built by hand in spreadsheets and rechecked twice before notice-board day.
  • Seat counts by course and category drift between the office and the principal's desk.
  • Applicants call repeatedly to ask whether their marks card was received.
What Gradlit automates
  • A branded application form per course, with fee payment and document upload.
  • Merit ranking from qualifying marks, entrance scores and your weightage rules.
  • Category-wise seat matrix that updates the moment an admission is confirmed.
  • Status messages to applicants at every stage: received, verified, listed, admitted.
Inside Admissions Hub

What the Admissions Block runs on.

Course-wise application forms

Separate forms for B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, B.E. or any programme, each with its own eligibility and required documents.

Document verification desk

Staff open each upload beside the applicant's entries and mark it verified, unclear or missing in one click.

Merit lists by your rules

Set weightage for qualifying exam, entrance test and interview. Publish first, second and spot-round lists.

Live seat matrix

Sanctioned, filled and vacant seats by course and reservation category, visible to the office and management.

Applicant updates

Applicants see their status online and receive email updates, so the front desk phone stops ringing.

One click to enrolment

A confirmed admission becomes a student record with roll number, class and fee plan, ready for day one.

How it runs

A semester in four steps.

  1. 01

    Publish the form

Open applications per course with your dates, eligibility and fee.

  2. 02

    Verify documents

The desk checks uploads and flags anything missing for the applicant to resubmit.

  3. 03

    Release merit lists

Rank by your weightage rules and publish rounds with cut-offs.

  4. 04

    Confirm and enrol

Seat accepted, fee paid, student record created.

Questions

Asked by colleges like yours.

Can we follow our university's reservation and merit rules?

Yes. Seat categories, weightages and tie-break rules are configured per course, so the merit list follows the norms your college already uses.

Do applicants need to create an account?

Applicants register with their email or mobile and can return to the same application to upload missing documents or check status.

Who decides who is admitted?

Your admissions committee. Gradlit ranks and organises applications; final admission decisions are always made by the college.
